Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.


RULES of the Board:

Here are the basic rules of the board known as CoolClones. More specific rules will be found in the specific place. Any breaking of the rules can result in an official blocking being temporary or permanent based on the infraction.

Warnings will not always be given, and a person of reasonable intelligence will understand exactly why they are restricted or banned based upon their comments and postings made. Inappropriate postings will be deleted and your postings count adjusted to reflect those deletions.

The Admin and Moderators reserve the right to warn if they find that you have been breaking these rules, they also reserve the right to remove
it or ban you [if necessary]. The Admin may not always contact you in some way before doing any of those things.

Flaming or attempting to start flaming threads or initiate arguments with accusations towards members or staff will have their messages subdued and restrictions to postings made until the member contacts the board Administration and explains their purpose of the comments in detail. Just asking to have access back to the board will not suffice.

General Rules:
1. No spamming or Flood Posting will be tolerated. Once observed doing so, your posting abilities may be temporarily disabled, or indefinitely based on the level of violation.
2. If you have nothing more to share than tips or assistance to other members, then you are at least being active on the board. It makes things better when others help each other, plus it keeps the board in balance.
3. Please respect other members!
4. Do NOT advertise another site in your signature or the ChatBox. Breaching this rule may result in a warning / removal of your signature, having your Account Deleted and possibly banned. We do not condone spammers.
5. Take heed of other people’s posts, do not post completely irrelevant nonsense, please try and stick with the general theme of what is going on in the Topic or Posting.



Compliance with Local Law

CoolClones expects all members to comply with their local laws, which means advocating no illegal activity. Don’t boast about what you may have
shoplifted or stole, even if you didn’t really. It can be taken quite seriously.

Additionally, linking to illicit downloads of cracked software and programs is also forbidden. Not only could it be classified under the law as robbery, but it would be within the authority of the MPAA or respective organizations to request the shut down of CoolClones as a hub under international law. Rest assured, you will be banned without warning for breaches such as this without so much as an explanation. Issues with copyright are taken very seriously on that front.

CoolClones does not have a magical microscope with which to peer into your lives to determine whether or not you are following the rules.
But we trust you-the-member and therefore will believe you if you were joking about something illegal. The CoolClones board and messenger service will not under any circumstances be used in ANY format-PMs, topics, polls and the like-to be used in an illegal manner. Disregarding these rules will result in an INSTANT and UNCONDITIONAL ban. Your postings and PM’s on a public board are accessible by law enforcement and will be made available if so ordered by appropriate agencies.

If you have any problems, queries, complaints etc feel free to PM any of the active Admin. (They are listed on the board.)

Legalities: CoolClones reserves the right to alter any content deemed to be in breach with the rules without notification. Downright plagiarism and posting of others works as your own will result in your banning from this forum.
